Round Table Discussion: Attracting, Retaining and Rewarding Staff

30 November 2021, 14:00 - 16:30

Visualsoft House Prince's Wharf, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6QY

Staff recognition plays an important role in a business’s culture and rewarding staff for their hard work has a number of benefits for both the business and your team. Showing your staff you appreciate their work can lead to an improved workplace culture, stronger staff engagement and reduced employee turnover, ultimately helping you to attract talent to your business.

In our round table discussion led by Lynsey Oni, People Lead and Gavin Jones, Talent Acquisition and Retention Partner at Visualsoft, we will explore why employee recognition is important and how you can reward your high-performers. In particular, we’ll focus on how to: build and apply a tailored reward scheme that supports all employees, foster a ‘recognition’ culture where feedback is regularly exchanged, and establish criteria for work performance.

Our round tables are shaped by your views and experience, so while we hope to cover the topics above, we may discuss other subjects related to employee reward and recognition during the session.
