About Our Panellists

Jonathan O’Halloran

Jonathan is CEO and co-founder of QuantuMDx Group, a UK-based life sciences company developing transformational point-of-care molecular diagnostics. He is the inventor of QuantuMDx’s proprietary sample preparation, amplification and detection technologies. Jonathan is dedicated to tackling global issues such as antimicrobial resistance and was a diagnostics advisor for the O’Neill Review. He is also part of several UK government-led COVID-19 committees, including the Manufacturing Industry Coalition Working Group and the Molecular PoC Working Group. Jonathan was awarded European CTO of the Year in 2015.

Sarah Ellerby

Sarah Ellerby is the Chief Executive and Director of Nova Pangaea.

She holds over 17 years’ international executive board experience in the energy, natural resources and manufacturing sectors, in North America.

She was an Associate Partner at Hanson Family Holdings (formerly Hanson Plc) for over 12 years and has been involved with a large number of projects focussing on growth, strategy, turnaround, start-up commercialisation, transformation, investment, and M&A.

She previously held Chief Executive roles in the energy, natural resources, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Sarah studied leadership & management at The Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from Bradford University School of Management.

Dr Nichola Conlon

Dr Nichola Conlon is a scientist specialising in cellular ageing . She is the CEO and founder of Nuchido Laboratories, where she is on a mission to democratise science by translating the latest scientific breakthroughs into consumer products that slow cellular aging. Nichola has successfully built Nuchido to be a global ecommerce company and is also an international speaker in the fields of healthy ageing and regenerative medicine.
