Is your workplace diverse? And is it inclusive?

While many businesses may be able to answer the first question, the second can cause a bit of confusion. Isn't it just the same question rephrased?

Although the two terms are often used interchangeably, diversity and inclusion (D&I) are very distinct – yet critical – aspects of a healthy workforce. Gone are the days when D&I strategies were a ‘nice to have’; today, they’re an essential for any business with strong growth ambitions.

In this round table discussion led by Michaela Reaney, The Opportunity Group, we’ll explore the differences between D&I in more detail. We’ll focus on what D&I stands for, promoting it within your business, why D&I matters and getting started on creating a positive and inclusive culture. Entrepreneurs with experience in the topic are also invited to come along and share their advice too.
