With rules and regulations constantly changing for employers and employees alike, we’ve invited Jayne Hart (HR Dept Newcastle), Dr David Cliff (Gedanken) and Gillian Chinhengo (Ward Hadaway), experts in the field to share their experience and advice on how to manage staff in 2021.

In this one-hour discussion we’ll explore how the pandemic has changed the world of work. We’ll focus on what employers need to take into consideration when employing new staff, expectations on flexible working and home/life balance as well as safety precautions in the workplace, furlough, lay off clauses and more.
