We’re passionate about encouraging future entrepreneurs and, if your children are anything like ours, we think they might pay more attention to someone else sharing their business experience rather than one of their parents!

So, if you’d like your children to take over your business one day, or you just want them to consider entrepreneurship as a future career path, please bring them along with you for an early evening of inspiration with Andy Stephenson and Jordan McCabe.

ANDY STEPHENSON, WEEKEND BOX: described by Richard Branson as "someone who reminded me of my younger self", multi-award winning entrepreneur Andy founded Weekend Box after looking for gift ideas for his four nieces and nephews. Nothing seemed to embody the mix of healthy living, green and creative content that he feels is so important to child development, so he quit his job and launched a business that now sends personalised activity boxes to thousands of families’ letterboxes each week.

JORDAN MCCABE, AZTEC DIAMOND EQUESTRIAN: Jordan’s life-long dream was to own her own equestrian clothing brand and, after finding a niche in the market for high quality, fashionable equestrian apparel at an affordable price, Jordan took matters into her own hands and set up her own brand in May 2014. Named after her own horse, Aztec Diamond Equestrian is a new British clothing brand for the female rider, designed by herself, manufactured overseas and sold online through her website. Built through modern marking via social media, Aztec Diamond is going from strength to strength.
