Meet Graham Sleep

Graham Sleep (IA Growth) is a familiar face in the Entrepreneurs’ Forum, having been a member since 2014 and the recipient of our coveted Mentor of the Year award in 2019.  

In selecting a coach to run this programme, we needed a world-class coach who can guide our participants on a genuinely transformational journey.

We looked no further than Graham who not only understands the Forum and its members but brings an exceptional level of coaching experience which is rarely found here in the North-East.  

Graham has over 30 years experience of developing systematic leadership change. He believes that change is embedded when there is a strong emphasis on implementation and follow through to measure growth in leadership effectiveness and uses the 360 Feedforward Coaching method (originating from Dr Marshall Goldsmith) to achieve results.

Throughout his career, Graham has repeatedly found himself leading companies, organisations and teams in areas related to strategy and innovation. His coaching is directly informed by his experience in motivating change and mindset in others and supporting numerous individuals and organisations over last fifteen years through his own organisations.
