He is dedicated to sharing tools, techniques and best practices that have, and will, improve the performance of thousands of sales and non-sales people, whilst helping businesses accelerate their growth by the creation of value-led solutions. Richard is also a fan of Lean and Agile approaches and has played an active role in running ‘Lean Sales’ accelerator programmes. 

As the Co-founder and managing director of durhamlane, a high growth sales performance company, Richard practices what he preaches by leading the strategic direction of the business towards double-digit growth year on year. One of his overriding business goals is ‘to raise the bar of the sales profession’ and make it a profession to be proud of.
