With James Robson

1 November 2022, 14:00 - 16:30

Business Central, 2 Union Square, Central Park, Darlington, DL1 1GL

While CEOs and Chairs work closely with one another, their roles and responsibilities are very distinct.

Transitioning from CEO to Chair presents its own unique set of skills and is something that Exwold Technology founder and former CEO James Robson MBE - will explore further during our discussion.

Sharing his own experiences from his career, James will focus on: what it means to be a Chair, the transition from one role to another, clarity and bigger picture planning, stakeholder management, roles and responsibilities as well as changes in mindset.

Entrepreneurs with experience in the area are also invited to come along and share their advice too.

Our round tables are shaped by your views and experience, so while we hope to cover the topics above, we may discuss other subjects related to succession and sale during the session.
