This year’s 'Together We Can Take on the World Conference' will be held at The Hilton Newcastle Gateshead (NE8 2AR) on Thursday 11th November.

The day will commence at 8am with breakfast, before the first of our speakers take to the stage at 9am.

The day will conclude with a drinks reception.

The dress code for the day is business attire.

Due to hotel guests there is NO event parking available at The Hilton Newcastle Gateshead.

Parking is available at the Sage Gateshead (NE8 2BA), the BALTIC (NE8 3BA), Pipewellgate pay & display (NE8 2EU) and Quarryfield Road car park (NE8 3BE), which are all approximately 5-10 minute walk from the venue.

Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day, including:

Breakfast - selection of breakfast rolls, pastries, tea, coffee and fruit juice

Mid morning break - tea, coffee and homemade cookies

Lunch - Three course buffet lunch

Comfort break - tea, coffee and homemade cookies

To ensure the safety of our guests, teams, speakers and suppliers, the Entrepreneurs’ Forum have implemented a Covid policy for our conference. All those in attendance will require proof of a negative lateral flow test, taken within 48 hours of the event.


We have implemented this measure to offer reassurance and to provide a safe networking environment for all of our guests. Your health and safety is our highest priority and we are doing all we can to ensure our event causes no disruption to you or your business.

In the event that you need to cancel or amend your booking please let us know as soon as possible. We will offer refunds if you are required to isolate by NHS Test & Trace as a result of contracting COVID yourself.

Cancellations for other reasons will be refunded if received before 5pm on Thursday 4th November.

If the conference is not permitted to go ahead because of local or national Government restrictions, attendees will be offered to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled event, where possible, or offered a credit note/full refund.
